In the case of booking cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. However, the service time and date of the booking can be changed. Additionally, in the event of a cancellation or partial refund, and once approved by the company, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, in accordance with our refund policy.
Guests paying by credit card must present the same card used for payment, with the cardholder name matching the booking. The restaurant will verify the card upon arrival. If these conditions are not met, any refund will incur a 5% fee, and the full bill must be settled at the restaurant.
Any changes in service date must be made 1 day in advance.
The deposit can be used toward food and beverages. If actual expenses are less than the deposit, the balance is non-refundable. If expenses exceed the deposit, the difference must be paid.
Please arrive to Restaurant at least 15 minutes in advance. If the customer arrives more than 15 minutes late, the Restaurant has the right to release the table to other customers.
The restaurant does not allow pets.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
We reserve the right to adjust services without prior notice due to unfavorable weather.
