• Cancellation Notice: Cancellations are accepted if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled playtime.
• Unintentional Cancellations: For unintentional cancellations, such as due to accidents or illness, a medical certificate is required for a refund if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled playtime.
• No-Show: If you miss the scheduled pick-up time without prior notification, or if you are a no-show, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
• Changing Play Date/Time: If you need to change the play date or time on the activity date, an additional transportation fee will apply, depending on the new location within Phuket.
• Third-Party Purchases: If you purchased tickets from a third-party distributor or agent (not directly from our website), please note that their cancellation policy may differ. Please refer to the distributor or agent for their specific policy.
• หากลูกค้าขอเปลี่ยนวันทำกิจกรรม ให้ดำเนินการแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเริ่มกิจกรรม
• ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการชำระคืนทุกกรณี ยกเว้นในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดคิด เช่น เกิดอุบัติเหตุ จำเป็นต้องแสดงใบรับรองแพทย์เพื่อขอรับเงินคืน ให้ดำเนินการแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 48 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเริ่มกิจกรรม
• หากลูกค้าไม่มาถึงตามเวลานัดหมายโดยไม่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้า หรือไม่แสดงตัวในวันทำกิจกรรม ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินในทุกกรณี
• หากลูกค้าประสงค์จะเปลี่ยนแปลงเวลาทำกิจกรรมในวันเดียวกับวันที่จองไว้ จะมีค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติมสำหรับการเดินทาง ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับเขตพื้นที่การให้บริการ
• ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าซื้อบัตรผ่านตัวแทนจำหน่ายหรือเอเจนซี่ภายนอก (มิใช่การซื้อโดยตรงผ่านเว็บไซต์ของเรา) โปรดทราบว่านโยบายการยกเลิกของตัวแทนหรือเอเจนซี่อาจแตกต่างจากของเรา กรุณาตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขกับตัวแทนหรือเอเจนซี่ที่ท่านทำการซื้อบัตรโดยตรง
