• Cancellation Notice : Cancellations are accepted if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled playtime. Additionally, in the event of a cancellation or partial refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, in accordance with our refund policy.
• Unintentional Cancellations : For unintentional cancellations, such as due to accidents or illness, a medical certificate is required for a refund if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled playtime.
• No-Show : If you miss the scheduled pick-up time without prior notification, or if you are a no-show, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
• Changing Play Date/Time : If you need to change the play date or time on the activity date, an additional transportation fee will apply, depending on the new location within Phuket.
• Third-Party Purchases : If you purchased tickets from a third-party distributor or agent (not directly from our website), please note that their cancellation policy may differ. Please refer to the distributor or agent for their specific policy.
• Transfer : We offer free transfers in selected areas of Phuket. For locations outside our free transfer zone, including Ao Por, Baan Dorn, Bangjo, Layan Beach, Maikhao Beach, Naithon Beach, Naiyang Beach, and Pasak, an additional fee will apply based on your location : First person 500 THB, Each additional person 200 THB
• Private Transfer: Shared transfers are normally included. Private round-trip transfers are available for an additional fee of 1,800 THB (in-zone) or 2,500 THB (out-zone), with a maximum of 10 passengers per van. Please submit your request in the booking note or via WhatsApp.
• Luggage / Stroller / Car Seat : Additional fees apply for the following items: large luggage (unable to carry on your own) – 300 THB per piece, stroller – 300 THB, car seat – 200 THB. Please specify the item and quantity in the booking note.
• Airport Pick-Up and Drop-Off : We do not provide airport pick-up due to fixed activity times and flight unpredictability. Airport drop-off is available; please include your flight time in the booking note.
• Pick-Up from Pier : If your hotel is on an island, we can arrange pick-up from the pier. Please provide the pier name, confirm your boat schedule in advance, and include a location link in the booking note. Our driver cannot wait beyond the scheduled time.
• Different Pick-Up and Drop-Off Locations : We offer one different pick-up and one different drop-off location. Please provide the drop-off place name and a location link when booking. If you change hotels or have another activity afterward and need to bring luggage or other items, additional charges will apply for transporting those belongings.
• Out of Phuket Area Transfer : Transfers to and from selected areas in Phang-nga are available with an additional fee based on the zone. Please contact us via WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the service date to arrange.
• หากลูกค้าขอเปลี่ยนวันทำกิจกรรม ให้ดำเนินการแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเริ่มกิจกรรม นอกจากนี้ ในกรณีที่มีการยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินบางส่วน ค่าธรรมเนียมการดำเนินการ 5% จะถูกหักออกจากจำนวนเงินที่ชำระทั้งหมด ตามนโยบายการคืนเงินของบริษัทฯ
• ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการชำระคืนทุกกรณี ยกเว้นในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดคิด เช่น เกิดอุบัติเหตุ จำเป็นต้องแสดงใบรับรองแพทย์เพื่อขอรับเงินคืน ให้ดำเนินการแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 48 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเริ่มกิจกรรม
• หากลูกค้าไม่มาถึงตามเวลานัดหมายโดยไม่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้า หรือไม่แสดงตัวในวันทำกิจกรรม ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินในทุกกรณี • หากลูกค้าประสงค์จะเปลี่ยนแปลงเวลาทำกิจกรรมในวันเดียวกับวันที่จองไว้ จะมีค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติมสำหรับการเดินทาง ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับเขตพื้นที่การให้บริการ
• ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าซื้อบัตรผ่านตัวแทนจำหน่ายหรือเอเจนซี่ภายนอก (มิใช่การซื้อโดยตรงผ่านเว็บไซต์ของเรา) โปรดทราบว่านโยบายการยกเลิกของตัวแทนหรือเอเจนซี่อาจแตกต่างจากของเรา กรุณาตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขกับตัวแทนหรือเอเจนซี่ที่ท่านทำการซื้อบัตรโดยตรง
• บริการรับ-ส่งฟรีในบางพื้นที่ของจังหวัดภูเก็ต สำหรับพื้นที่นอกเขตบริการรับ-ส่งฟรี ได้แก่ อ่าวปอ, บ้านดอน, บางโจ, หาดลายัน, หาดไม้ขาว, หาดในทอน, หาดในยาง และป่าสัก จะมีค่าบริการเพิ่มเติมตามพื้นที่ ท่านแรก 500 บาทต่อท่าน สำหรับท่านถัดไป ท่านละ 200 บาท
• รถรับส่งส่วนตัว: บริการรถรับส่งปกติจะเป็นแบบแชร์ที่นั่งกับลูกค้าท่านอื่น หากต้องการใช้บริการรถรับส่งส่วนตัวแบบไป-กลับ จะมีค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม 1,800 บาท (ในเขตพื้นที่) หรือ 2,500 บาท (นอกเขตพื้นที่) โดยรถตู้หนึ่งคันรับผู้โดยสารได้สูงสุด 10 ท่าน กรุณาส่งคำขอในหมายเหตุการจอง หรือทาง WhatsApp
• กระเป๋าเดินทาง / รถเข็นเด็ก / คาร์ซีท : มีค่าบริการเพิ่มเติมสำหรับสัมภาระดังนี้ กระเป๋าใบใหญ่ที่ไม่สามารถถือเองได้ 300 บาทต่อใบ รถเข็นเด็ก 300 บาท และคาร์ซีท 200 บาท กรุณาระบุจำนวนและชนิดของสิ่งของในหมายเหตุการจอง
• บริการรับ-ส่งสนามบิน : ทางบริษัทฯ ไม่สามารถจัดบริการรับจากสนามบินได้ เนื่องจากเวลาทำกิจกรรมเป็นเวลาคงที่และเวลาของเที่ยวบินมีความไม่แน่นอน แต่สามารถจัดบริการส่งกลับสนามบินได้ กรุณาระบุเวลาบินในหมายเหตุการจอง
• บริการรับจากท่าเรือ : ในกรณีที่ท่านพักอยู่บนเกาะ ทางบริษัทฯ สามารถจัดบริการรับจากท่าเรือได้ กรุณาแจ้งชื่อท่าเรือ และตรวจสอบเวลานั่งเรือล่วงหน้า พร้อมทั้งระบุลิงก์สถานที่ในหมายเหตุการจอง โดยคนขับไม่สามารถรอเกินเวลาที่กำหนดได้
• การรับและส่งสถานที่ต่างกัน : ท่านสามารถแจ้งสถานที่รับและสถานที่ส่งที่แตกต่างกันได้ (รับ 1 จุด และ ส่งกลับ 1 จุด) กรุณาระบุชื่อและลิงก์สถานที่ส่งกลับในหมายเหตุการจอง หากมีการเปลี่ยนโรงแรมหรือมีกิจกรรมอื่นต่อและกระเป๋าหรือสิ่งของอื่นๆ ที่ต้องนำไปด้วยจะมีค่าบริการเพิ่มเติมสำหรับสัมภาระนั้นๆ
• บริการรับ-ส่งนอกพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต : ทางบริษัทฯ มีบริการรับ-ส่งในบางพื้นที่ของจังหวัดพังงา โดยมีค่าบริการเพิ่มเติมตามเขตพื้นที่ กรุณาติดต่อทาง WhatsApp อย่างน้อย 48 ชั่วโมงก่อนวันใช้บริการเพื่อแจ้งความประสงค์
